Rabbi Anisfeld שליט”א of Lakewood served as a Menahel for 20 years. He currently trains Menahalim in school leadership, and gives courses to Rebbeim and teachers, primarily in the areas of teaching methodology and classroom management. Rabbi Anisfeld’s unique Effective Teaching Program (ETP) has revolutionized the dynamic within classrooms across the United States and Canada.
